Technical Program Manager / Hybrid Schedule (3 Days Per Week On-site), Seattle, WA / (12 Month Contract)
*TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:* * 7+ years of experience in technical program management or software project/product delivery in a complex, cross-functional environment. * Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead discussions with diverse stakeholders. * Experience working with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise-scale software systems. * Familiarity with workplace safety, health systems, or operations environments. * Experience working with UX designers and usability research methods. *BONUS POINTS:* * Experience or strong knowledge in UX design-particularly in identifying usability pain points and proposing actionable design improvements. * Experience working on products at the intersection of physical operations and digital workflows. *Description:* * The company's Workplace Health & Safety Data Technology team is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the development of mission-critical solutions that serve the health and safety of over 1.4 million employees worldwide. * As a TPM, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on improving safety through technology. * You will play a pivotal role in requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, and program execution for a high-impact product actively used across the majority of the company's global fulfillment centers. * You will serve as the technical bridge across product, engineering, and business teams-translating high-level business goals into actionable technical deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery of scalable and reliable solutions. * You may also engage directly with end users (e.g., field safety teams, operations managers) to conduct interviews, assess usability gaps, and propose product improvements including UI/UX patterns. *Key Responsibilities:* * Partner with Workplace Health & Safety stakeholders to define and gather requirements for a high-availability, global product supporting health and safety operations. * Drive the program lifecycle: roadmap planning, requirements management, project execution, and delivery. * Collaborate closely with software engineers, scientists, designers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure solutions meet end-user needs. * Influence product design and architecture through technical insights and deep understanding of operational requirements. * Identify and resolve bottlenecks, manage program risks, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Conduct usability interviews and help shape UX and workflow design patterns based on end-user feedback.
