Job Overview The Sales Effectiveness Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing all commercial initiatives focused on process improvement for the OmniOn global sales function. This is a senior-level role where the candidate needs to be experienced in developing and improving commercial processes and improving the productivity of commercial teams. This position reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and is located in Plano, TX.
