  • Estimated annual base pay: $136,800(minimum) - $171,000(midpoint) - $205,200(maximum)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Effectively manage department resources by recruiting, retaining, coaching and developing team members with a consideration of career opportunities as assignments are made.

  • Drive a lean and continuous improvement climate and collaborate with cross functional teams when appropriate to drive an environment of simplification; standardization and automation to enhance efficiency, ensuring sustainable future growth.

  • Manage accounting processes, leading to the timely completeness and accuracy of period end close and accurate reporting of financial results in compliance with established internal control guidelines, accounting standards GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley.

  • Effectively communicates financial results to others within the organization in both small and large group settings.

  • Provide financial guidance to the COE, assist in setting of strategic objectives, direction and prioritization, provide actionable recommendations and implementation plans for improved financial performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • US Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) required.

  • US Master's Degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) in Business preferred.

  • 8+ years in accounting and financial experience that includes progressively more complex assignments or projects required.

  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Various financial tools.

  • Substantive experience leading others; building effective teams; dealing with ambiguity; developing direct reports; self and others.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to analyze complex information, as well as, strong interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication.

  • Skilled use of computer software, systems and tools: Microsoft Office Product Suite, ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JD Edwards).
