Export Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct Export Product Audits to ensure specifications are met

• Ongoing communication with management regarding Export Standard Operating Procedures and audit findings

• Participate in Audit rotation

• Packaging audits for appearance, leakers and low vacuums

• Preparing product showcase for customer visits

• Audit grade changes for export products and programs

• Saturday, Sunday and holiday hours required when scheduled

• Shipping audits and verification

• Other Duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Export Coordinator position should possess the following:

• Proficient Communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must be able to read, write and speak English

• Bilingual is preferred but not required

• Basic Knowledge of export products required

• Basic computer and email skills a plus

• Ability and willingness to use personal protective equipment

• Heavy lifting required F

• Flexible hours

  • availability to work some Sundays and holidays

  • availability to work multiple shifts

• Good Attendance a must
