Occupational Health Registered Nurse Supervisor
needed for a full-time DIRECT HIRE
opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pella, IA.

This clinic offers occupational, primary, and preventative care for employees. We are seeking a supervisory RN skilled with occupational health services. Position includes clinical and supervisory responsibilities. Ideally start ASAP with shifts Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Top Skills You Should Possess:


  • Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of Iowa
  • Minimum three (5) years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience with occupational health and case management services
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Recent clinical and supervisory experience



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns
  • Provide wellness materials/information
  • Oversee a team of 4-5 Medical Assistants and Nurses
  • Provide medical testing such as EKGs, audiometry, spirometry, pulmonary function, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. and perform limited interpretation of tests
  • Manage case loads from beginning to end
  • Charting and maintaining medical records
  • Daily operations, workflow, work schedules, and timecard monitoring
  • Respond to emergencies and provide emergency medical care as-needed



What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm
  • BLS certified (hands on courses only - no online accepted)
  • Yearly TB test or QuantiFERON Gold
  • Previous experience with medical surveillance exams a huge plus! - ie hearing conservation, respiratory testing, DOT surveillance, etc.
  • Computer skills including previous experience with Electronic Medical Records (EPIC a plus!)
