The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Conducting inspections of materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products by company procedures to meet customer expectations. Pay Rate - $16.10 hourly - $23.00 hourly What You'll Be Doing: Perform Receiving, In-process, and Final Inspections Conduct First Article Inspections by Engineering or Customer drawings Support Customer Source Inspections Communicate with vendors regarding quality issues and nonconformances Communicate with Production, Operations, and Engineering on regarding quality issues Collect and record Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and prepare associated reports Collect and record Statistical Process Control (SPC) data and prepare associated reports Maintain inspection records and databases to demonstrate compliance with customer requirements Support Quality Engineers with corrective actions Conduct training of Production personnel as required Support the Quality Department's day-to-day activities What You Need to Bring to the Table: Experienced with either ISO-9001, ISO-13485, AS91001 or IATF 16949 Quality System Standards Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection reports Ability to read & interpret engineering and customer drawings Ability to accurately use inspection devices and tools Ability to program automated inspection devices as applicable Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Good data collection and analysis skills with strong attention to detail. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and MS Word Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED.
