Project Manager Family Community Medicine Full Time 84591BR Job Summary Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of analytical practices, policies and procedures; researches, analyzes and develops solutions to a wide range of issues. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Primarily deals with policies, programs and proposals which are complex in nature and diverse in scope. Develops new programs, policies or procedures for possible implementation. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $80,200 - $120,300 (Annual Rate). To learn more about the benefits of working at UCSF, including total compensation, please visit: https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/compensation-and-benefits/index.html Department Description The Training & Health Equity Collaborative (THEC) is housed in the Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM), under the guidance of the Principal Investigators, the Unit has had domestic and international training grants and has been funded at the federal and state level as the prime recipient, as well as subcontracts from various universities and agencies. Its major domestic project, the Pacific AIDS Education and Training Center (PAETC), provides AIDS-related training, education, technical assistance, consultation, and information services to health care providers in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawai`i, and the six U.S.-affiliated Pacific jurisdictions. PAETC's regional office at UCSF generates and administers government grants and contracts, then subcontracts major portions of the work to eight medical schools (UC and other Universities) in our four-state region. The Skills Development Unit supports similar capacity-building assistance efforts to improve coordination and strengthen client engagement in the provision of social services for people without housing and high utilizers of medical and behavioral health services. This program is funded by CalAIM/Anthem and supports workforce development as a continuation of the whole person care initiative in the state of California. Required Qualifications
