Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm 5 to 6 days a week

Purchasing Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist purchasing agents and manager with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
• Fill in for warehouse clerks when needed
• Assist Inventory Clerk
• Help with V2 System
• Verify Cycle Counts
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Purchasing Assistant position should possess the following:

• Self- motivated and dependable individual

• Proficient communication skills

• Good attendance

• Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs experience required

• Bilingual is a plus
