Could you be the Financial Analyst/Billing Clerk in Los Angeles, CA, US we're looking for workinga hybrid schedule?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute to the integrity and accuracy of our financial processes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as accounting, procurement, and project management), ensure compliance with invoicing requirements as per contract and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Performing financial analysis related to actuals versus approved budget related to invoicing,



  • Participating in ad hoc finance requests,



  • Ensuring accuracy in financial records,



  • Utilizing financial software for billing processes,



  • Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams,



  • Solving problems that arise in the billing process,



  • Maintaining confidentiality of financial information,



  • Continuously improving billing processes and procedures,



  • Assisting with other finance department tasks as needed,



  • Providing support for financial audits and reconciliations"

  • Associate degree in accounting, business administration or a related field,



  • Experience or understanding of billing processes and financial administration,



  • Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting,



  • Familiarity with MS Excel,



  • Proficiency in SAP or equivalent financial software,



  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,



  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy,



  • Ability to gather and process information efficiently,



  • Capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders,



  • Adaptability to handle ad hoc finance requests and additional tasks as assigned

  • Salary Range for this Position is $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 depending on experience/qualifications.
