Description The Mortgage Post Closing Associate provides administrative support for mortgage files at the post closing stage maintaining adherence to established processes and procedures. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful: Job Duties: Ensure the tracking and retention of trailing documents including imaging of loan documents to archiving system Ensure the tracking and retention of loan notes with offsite document storage vendor Process mortgage verifications Process loan payoff quotes Manage and verify Reconveyance efforts performed by vendor Identify gaps in current processes and procedures and report to leadership Maintain a current working knowledge of relevant policies, regulations and laws Essential Skills: Less than one year relative experience financial and lending industry (i.e. mortgage lending, consumer lending, banking, collections, loan origination or servicing) Efficient, well-organized, able to effectively prioritize to manage a variety of duties Ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) with all levels within organization Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality Familiar with audit processes conducted by internal and external representatives Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Location: Hillsboro Corporate Office - Hillsboro, OR 97124 (FULL TIME ON-SITE) Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $21 to 23 hourly + annual bonus Benefits options include: Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K matching up to 5% per pay period Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment 11 paid federal holidays Special employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria) What makes First Tech different?
