Job Summary
The Senior Director of Human Resources Administration Services, under the direction of the Executive Director of the ASC and the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, plays a crucial part in ensuring that HR functions run smoothly and efficiently. By partnering with various teams and stakeholders, they help design and implement HR services that support the entire hiring lifecycle. This role also involves providing strategic guidance, ensuring compliance, and leading multiple teams to achieve organizational goals. Responsible for setting employee and/or group goals, determining the organizational structure necessary to meet these goals, evaluating employee and/or group performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 - Create and maintain an engaging, collaborative, performance-focused work environment that offers cross-functional and multi-lateral development opportunities. Promote a learning organization to facilitate development of human resources functional expertise, quality management, and customer service. Job Duty 2 - Ensure all aspects of the human resources function are focused on providing superior, user-friendly, and expert customer service. Proactively monitors all escalated issues and ensures delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding all service level agreements, operating level agreements, and stakeholder expectations. Job Duty 3 - Ensure adherence to HR laws, policies, and best practices across all functions. Conduct regular policy reviews to maintain compliance with evolving regulations and organizational needs. Provide strategic leadership and guidance on complex matters to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with organizational values. Job Duty 4 - Lead and manage unit personnel including hiring, performance, budget, goal setting, feedback systems, and career development frameworks that promote employee growth; cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation while inspiring employees to excel and reach their full potential Job Duty 5 - Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure the organization meets its performance goals in planning and managing metrics, reporting on scorecard results, and analyzing performance data, they help identify trends and areas for improvement. Continuous improvement activities are crucial for maintaining and enhancing service levels throughout the center. Job Duty 6 - Develop and execute forward-thinking HR strategies that directly align with organizational objectives, drive growth, and operational excellence; collaborate with senior leadership to integrate HR initiatives seamlessly into overall business priorities and goals. Partner with cross-functional leaders, including operations, finance, and IT, to streamline processes and promote alignment across the Shared Services Center. Job Duty 7 - Engage actively in governance meetings, executive updates, committees, and focus groups, fostering constructive feedback. Represents the ASC in policy and process changes related to human resources Job Duty 8 - Strategically guide the creation of robust recruiting frameworks designed to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent. Spearhead the development and implementation of dynamic, scalable on-boarding programs that promote connection, engagement, and readiness, ensuring new hires are set up for long-term success and seamless integration into the organization Job Duty 9 - Serve as a primary liaison with Georgia Tech Human Resources, the University System of Georgia Shared Services Center, various schools, colleges, units, and other essential partnerships Job Duty 10 - Perform other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capability to align HR initiatives to business priorities with an experience in leading talent acquisition, onboarding, and organizational development strategies. Deep knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and HR best practices. Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and building high-performing teams. Proficiency in leveraging HRIS systems and using data to inform decisions. Ability to lead records management teams and execute successful digitization projects. Proficiency and experience with PeopleSoft HCM and ServiceNow. Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills at all organizational levels. Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Highly adaptable, innovative, and committed to continuous learning and development.
