We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in governance, Power Automate, and Power Apps. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, ensuring compliance with governance policies, and optimizing the use of Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce governance policies for the Power Platform
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications
  • Provide technical support and training to users on Power Platform tools and best practices
  • Monitor and manage the Power Platform environment, including app and flow performance, security, and compliance
  • Set direction for Power Platform Governance emphasizing environment mapping and ownership
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with Power Platform COE
  • Strong understanding of governance and compliance standards for the Power Platform
  • Understanding of interactions between Power Platform and SharePoint
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience with PowerShell and how it interacts with the Power Platform
  • Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications such as Premium Connectors
  • Experience with Power BI Dashboards, Reports, and Workspaces is a plus
