THE JOB:

At Harvest, our lounge server will be expediting guests' drink orders and provide beverage and bus service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.1037 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Serve guests expertly crafted beverages while maintaining a fast-paced, engaging, and energetic presence.

• Guide guests through cocktail selections with knowledge of liquor brands, beers, and specialty drinks.

• Maintain a clean and organized lounge, ensuring tables, seating, and service stations are pristine.

• Restock bar supplies such as napkins, garnishes, and glassware while communicating additional needs to the team.

• Expedite drink orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Carry and balance trays with multiple beverages, moving fluidly between lounge areas.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Works varied shifts to include holidays and weekends.

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience as a Cocktail or Food Server in a similar environment preferred

• Knowledgeable of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies and equipment

• Able to balance and carry a tray loaded with glassware
