Your Role as Director of Concessions:
As the Director of Concessions, you'll be the strategic and operational driver behind every successful event-from game-day classics to innovative culinary activations. You'll lead a dedicated team and collaborate across departments to deliver best-in-class guest experiences while meeting financial goals and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of concessions operations across multiple venues.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to uphold service and quality standards.
  • Develop event planning strategies and operational readiness for athletic seasons and special events.
  • Drive guest satisfaction through high service standards and innovative menu promotions.
  • Oversee POS systems, inventory controls, and loss prevention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with culinary, purchasing, and finance teams to align on margin targets and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, and PCI regulations.
  • Conduct regular building walkthroughs, safety trainings, and coaching sessions.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of seasonal staff, nonprofit groups, and subcontractors.
  • Lead pre-shift huddles and post-event reviews to continuously elevate performance.
  • Analyze financial results and develop action plans for continued growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in food & beverage multiple outlets or concessions management
  • Strong financial and inventory management skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
