What You'll Do As the Master Production Scheduler, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) at our Byhalia, MS Manufacturing Center. Your work will directly influence production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain the EOX Master Production Schedule to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing capacity. Lead all scheduling activities to support material planning and resource requirements. Establish optimal promise dates and communicate delivery expectations to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Facilitate monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to review performance, supply plans, capacity, and labor needs. Collaborate daily with production, procurement, shipping, and customer service to address constraints and execute schedule changes. Translate the MPS into takt time for manufacturing cells and manage cell workloads. Monitor, report, and drive improvements in scheduling KPIs. Supervise the scheduling team and conduct performance evaluations. Continuously identify and implement scheduling process improvements. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, engineering, or related fields. Experience with ERP systems - SAP preferred. APICS certification is a strong plus. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and solve complex scheduling challenges.
