What You'll Do

As the Master Production Scheduler, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) at our Byhalia, MS Manufacturing Center. Your work will directly influence production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, manage, and maintain the EOX Master Production Schedule to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing capacity.



  • Lead all scheduling activities to support material planning and resource requirements.



  • Establish optimal promise dates and communicate delivery expectations to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).



  • Facilitate monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to review performance, supply plans, capacity, and labor needs.



  • Collaborate daily with production, procurement, shipping, and customer service to address constraints and execute schedule changes.



  • Translate the MPS into takt time for manufacturing cells and manage cell workloads.



  • Monitor, report, and drive improvements in scheduling KPIs.



  • Supervise the scheduling team and conduct performance evaluations.



  • Continuously identify and implement scheduling process improvements.




What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, engineering, or related fields.



  • Experience with ERP systems - SAP preferred.



  • APICS certification is a strong plus.



  • Strong leadership and communication skills.



  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and solve complex scheduling challenges.

  • On-site in Byhalia, MS



  • This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 4 months
