Job Title: Pricing Specialist / Key Accounts
Job Location: Houston, TX (IAH)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to ensure cargo movements are conducted effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Ad hoc Air and Ocean Pricing requests - with KPI targets as agreed with Senior Strategic Account Pricing Lead.
  • First point of contact for all new pricing enquiries, including support for RFQs
  • Act as a point of contact for the customer from the time of award to implementation with the Key Account Operations Teams.
  • Support customer general enquiries should operations need support to find an answer or be delayed in response.
  • Support operations where needed, whilst prioritizing pricing.
  • Support with reports / QBRs where necessary.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience with Air/Ocean Freight operations, strong preference to freight forwarding industry
  • High Customer Service Focus / Can do attitude
  • Process Improvement and process reviews experience required; Six Sigma a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of TSA requirements strongly preferred
  • CargoWise (CW1) experience is a plus
  • Dangerous Goods / Hazmat certification a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay Range $79.777,50 - $ 106.370,00 + (Based on Experience)
