POSITION

The Senior National Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with executives and key decision makers within Allspring' s largest intermediary home office clients. This role includes building and implementing targeted sales strategies that will create an edge for both the client and Allspring; effectively negotiating contracts, creating new opportunities and strategic partnerships, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact, requiring a deep understanding of the client's needs in order to align Allspring solutions, thought leadership, tools and executives your clients.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Drive adoption of Allspring solutions and thought leadership to grow market share across assigned wealth management platforms.
  • Uncover and develop new strategic partnerships that are mutually beneficial and create an edge for Allspring and challenge status quo.
  • Home office meeting preparation including PowerPoint presentations, sales data, competitive intel and expert utilization of firm wide resources and talent to ensure our entire platform comes to bear on behalf of our largest clients.
  • Serve as the lead subject matter expert for FAQ's related to your client home office priorities, drive firm specific marketing and sales campaigns as the champion for your clients within Allspring.
  • Drive firm specific campaign and launch coordination efforts across all of intermediary sales. Connect the broader sales team into your client via field and home office centers of influence and key relationships.
  • As a business leader, this role is responsible for deep understanding of the financials that drive revenue within the firm, deep experience in negotiating revenue sharing agreements as well as platform and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales, marketing, product and sales execution among other key stakeholder groups, bringing the voice of the client into Allspring and helping to ensure our competitiveness.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 5+ years of experience in asset management, leading large complex client relationships and demonstrated success influencing C-suite and executive leaders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with executives across a variety of roles including sales, research, product and relationship management, must have strong networking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in business strategy.
  • Integrity and the personal presence to represent Allspring with enthusiasm and distinction

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Deep knowledge of asset and wealth management and market dynamics
  • Outcome driven and can work independently with all levels of staff and senior management
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Enjoys critical and creative thinking and making strategic recommendations.
  • Is a student of the business



Base Pay Range: $190,000 - $240,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
