Job Title: Operations Specialist Location: Mettawa, IL, 60045 Assignment Type: Hybrid Duration- 8 months Overview: The US Patient Services team is an industry-leading organization, delivering exceptional patient support that enhances brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. The Operations Specialist will report to the Director or Associate Director of APS Operations and will be responsible for a range of operational support functions, including project management and process improvement initiatives in support of AbbVie Patient Services. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors Identify and propose process improvements and operational efficiencies Monitor and respond to tickets in an internally developed issue management tool, identify trends, and support issue resolution Provide support for project management activities Generate routine reports using Excel and develop presentations in PowerPoint Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the APS Operations team Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills Clear and effective communication capabilities Ability to work efficiently within multiple systems simultaneously Proven track record of managing time and tasks independently and effectively Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint Top Required Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks concurrently Effective time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
