This is the ideal position for an HR graduate with exceptional customer service experience looking to grow their HR skills and work with a collaborative and support team to serve our Scripps staff across the organization in our HR Call Center. You will be responsible for engaging and educating staff on self-service transactions. You will provide consultation and direction to management and staff regarding the interpretation and application of Human Resources policies/procedures/programs. Our team of four play an integral role in assisting with benefit questions and enrollment, and troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity to grow your Human Resources background and expand your skills working in multiple HR areas, including but not limited to:
