We are looking for a Field Manager to join our team. The Field Manager will be part of the Mobile Network Deploy Team and will have the responsibility for managing supplier performance during the site build cycle. You will manage site builds within Nokia Deployment Radio Access projects with key focus on meeting project requirements, scope of contractual obligations, timelines, and required quality. As part of the team, you will:
- Manage Contract Scope
- Manager Project Schedules
- Manage Suppliers performance from material pickup through site integration
- Manage Site Acceptance and Closeout Process
- Train and Validate Suppliers Competences
- Retrain Supplier on poor Quality issues
- Release Supplier from site after acceptance package review and quality validated
- Inform stakeholder, keep up to date on process changes, delivery models, etc.
- Acts as a subject matter expert in the market
- Travel: at least 50%
Note: Due to the requirements of the National Security Agreement, only US Citizens and holders of a valid Green Card are eligible for this position. You have:
- A valid US Driver's License is required
- At least 8 years' experience in Field Management in the telecommunications industry supporting Radio Access Deployment Projects
- Industry certifications required: OSHA10 or 30, BBP, CPR & RF Awareness
- Ability to communicate with all levels, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
