- Evaluates emerging technologies, anticipates future trends, and defines the technology roadmap for 5G packet core automation solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Acts as a mentor and technical authority, guiding product architects and influencing strategic decisions related to system design, technology adoption, and development practices.
- Leads the conceptualization, design, and development of innovative and high-performance 5G packet core automation solutions, ensuring alignment with 3GPP standards and best practices.
- Conducts in-depth analysis of customer requirements and translates them into detailed system specifications, network models, and simulation test plans.
- Oversees the integration of subsystems, ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance of the end-to-end solution.
- Provides expert technical guidance to development teams throughout the implementation phase, addressing complex challenges and ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
- Maintains expertise in advanced network technologies, including 5G, SGW/PGW, SMF, UPF, and related protocols.
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks, developing innovative solutions with a broad impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Champions a culture of continuous improvement, driving the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and product quality.
You have:
- Bachelors degree, 10+ years of experience in mobile wireless 4G and 5G communications as a solutions architect involved in designing, implementing, or managing core networks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and apply expertise in system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Extensive experience in Telco Cloud and 5G Core Network.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols with a focus on service orchestration and network function optimization.
- Proficient in cloud-native environments, containerization, Kubernetes, VMware, and Linux OS (Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL).
- Hands-on experience with virtualized networks, orchestration, and automation.
- Strong experience with cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices, containers) and DevOps practices.
- Deep understanding of 3GPP standards and relevant industry regulations.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively share knowledge and mentor others.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
