Brief Description:

The HR Advisor is responsible for meeting the human resources needs of an assigned region or location. Acting as the primary HR representative, this role provides professional HR support, advice, and training to employees and management while building relationships and establishing credibility at all levels.

Detailed Description:

  • Serve as the main HR representative for managers and staff within the assigned region or location.
  • Advise supervisors and managers on employee issues, company policies, and best practices under HR management guidance.
  • Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and consult with the HR Manager for resolutions.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and quality in alignment with the organization's digital initiatives.
  • Provide counseling on employee relations matters and conduct exit interviews.
  • Deliver presentations and training on various HR topics, including New Hire Orientation.
  • Contribute to achieving HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Manage employee status changes in compliance with compensation structure guidelines and approval workflows.
  • Maintain daily visibility and presence to offer consistent support and communication.
  • Perform additional duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, benefits, and compensation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (Employee Central).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in effective conflict resolution and fostering positive employee engagement.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and understand relationships among subcomponents.
  • Skilled in managing sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Knowledge of EEO, FLSA, and other relevant federal or state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to work effectively with all levels of leadership, hourly employees and peers, strong investigative, analytical, critical thinking skills and solid understanding of HR processes, practices, and legal and regulatory legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills which include the ability to speak, write and listen in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure and delivers information in a clear and concise manner and facilitates good decision-making is required
  • Ability to maintain Company and employee confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive employee information and protect Company proprietary information in an appropriate manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required).
  • 2-4 years in Human Resources (Required).
