Flexible Start: Between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Contract Opportunity | Office/Lab Environment

Position Summary:

As a Microbiology Lab Technician, you will conduct analytical testing on commercial, stable, and non-routine samples in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Your attention to detail and scientific mindset will contribute to product quality and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Ensure testing aligns with the Quality System and cGMP regulations
• Complete and review documentation associated with all testing activities
• Provide analytical support for process validations
• Assist in internal, vendor, and regulatory audits
• Train and provide troubleshooting guidance to junior lab staff
• Contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a science-related field (candidates with non-science degrees will be considered if they demonstrate relevant lab skills)
• Experience with endotoxin testing and/or bioburden testing
• Familiarity with lab tools such as graduated cylinders, tin snips, and measurement equipment
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in an office/lab environment
