Job Summary

Data Scientists leverage data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to extract insights and drive business decisions. They analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and communicate findings to stakeholders to support strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Analyze large datasets using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and machine learning algorithms to extract insights and patterns.

Job Duty 2 -
Develop predictive models, data visualizations, and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Job Duty 3 -
Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure data quality and reliability for analysis.

Job Duty 4 -
Conduct exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling to uncover actionable insights.

Job Duty 5 -
Communicate data findings, insights, and recommendations to non-technical audiences through reports, presentations, and dashboards.

Job Duty 6 -
Stay abreast of data science tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Job Duty 7 -
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes and applications.

Job Duty 8 -
Continuously evaluate and refine data models, algorithms, and analytical techniques to improve data science outcomes and impact.

Job Duty 9 -
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data analytics requirements, goals, and success criteria.

Job Duty 10 -
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Additional Job Duties:

Develop interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards.
Assist in data preparation, cleaning, and transformation to ensure accurate reporting.
Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
Collaborate with team members to understand reporting needs and translate them into visual solutions.
Perform quality assurance and testing to validate data accuracy.
Document development processes, dashboard logic, and best practices.
Research and present industry trends and recommendations in data visualization and analytics.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Required Qualifications
Overnight travel requcientisted for project delivery; flexibility in on-site daily service delivery hours degree or higher in a related (due to client shift schedules, project requcientistements).

Required Experience
Six or more years of relevant experience.

Required Qualifications

Required Experience: Upto two years of Experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications
Master's Degree in related discipline or equivalent.

Preferred Experience
Two to four years of job-related experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Familiarity with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Motivated and proactive with a strong interest in data visualization and analytics.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to follow established best practices for dashboard development and performance optimization.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
