The Director of Internal Communications is a passionate, creative, and strategic leader based at Levy's Home Office in Chicago. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this individual is a communications all-rounder/generalist responsible for contributing to the continued development of Levy's Internal Communications strategy, leveraging the entire communications mix including all internal channels, team member and change communications, and executive communications. The Internal Communications Director will partner with functional leaders and executives across the organization to help build an engaging, compelling, and memorable narrative that can be driven internally. The successful candidate must be a team player who is comfortable being known as a jack-of-all-trades. The right candidate must have experience in internal communications, writing executive communication, and experience with cross digital, print and video to help further our storytelling capabilities, shape our internal communication channels and strategies, and offer strategic counsel to our leaders and internal business partners. This individual also plays a key leadership role in Levy Cares, Levy's charitable arm. Responsibilities:
