  • Communicating technical details to stakeholders for approvals and funding,

  • Collaborating with Operations and Maintenance teams for troubleshooting,

  • Leading installation and commissioning processes for Capital Asset Replacement Program (CARP) initiatives,

  • Maintaining meticulous records for all project activities and changes,

  • Collaborating with contractors to ensure successful project execution.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field,

  • Experience or understanding of project management in electrical systems,

  • Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals,

  • Proven ability to create design drawings and scopes of work that lead to project awards,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders,

  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Things you'll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You'll also:

  • Progress towards becoming a key player in the enhancement of the Newark AirTrain system,

  • Work with cutting-edge technologies in the rail industry to enhance safety and reliability,

  • Contribute to innovative projects,

  • Utilise our dynamic working environment,

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension).

You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
