JOB DESCRIPTION

The Regal Rexnord Information Technology Internship Program is a fulltime, 10-week paid internship at our Grafton and Milwaukee offices starting June 2025.

At our organization, we are passionate about driving digital transformation through cutting-edge technologies. We believe in nurturing young talent and providing them with hands-on experience to shape their careers. We are seeking a highly motivated a Summer Intern to join our team and assist our Infrastructure team in driving our digital transformation initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a student with a passion for administrating and managing on-premise and cloud (Azure, AWS) infrastructure and integrating artificial intelligence to gain hands-on experience in a real-world business environment.

This internship will provide students an opportunity to gain a breadth of knowledge and experiences across our IT organization. Beyond the "learn by doing" training structure, the program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and senior Digital and IT leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leadership.

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy intern to assist with the company-wide rollout of M365 Copilot. This role provides hands-on experience in IT adoption, communication, and user engagement. The intern will play a key role in supporting end users by answering questions, creating educational content, and guiding employees to the right resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the IT and Communications teams to enhance user engagement strategies.
  • Direct users to relevant training materials, documentation, and self-service resources.
  • Develop and distribute a "Tip of the Day" to educate employees on M365 features and best practices.
  • Gather feedback from employees to identify common challenges and suggest improvements.
  • Work with SharePoint admins to implement improved governance on data lifecycle management and access management to improve AI results.
  • Maintain an FAQ repository and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively assist employees.
  • Comfortable with creating content such as emails, guides, and training materials.
