Exciting Opportunity in Treasury: A Career Path Built on Initiative and Strong Project Management

Join DaVita's dynamic Global Treasury Team and grow your career while managing high-impact global cash and banking relationships. As a Treasury Analyst, you will gain valuable exposure to corporate treasury operations and play a pivotal role in managing critical functions such as daily cash positioning, short-term cash forecasts, fund transfers, investments, M&A and bank document reviews, long-term debt administration, and more.

DaVita is a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where no two days are alike. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance while also having the ability to shift to strategic thinking and considering broader business objectives.

This is a hybrid position that is primarily remote; however, periodic travel will be required several times a year for in-person meetings, training, or team collaboration.

What You'll Do:

  • Take full ownership of multiple Treasury projects simultaneously, managing deadlines, priorities, and resources in a high-demand, constantly changing environment.
  • Proactively manage and execute tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Develop and maintain the daily cash position, execute fund transfers and investments, and ensure the accuracy of short-term cash forecasts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives, ensuring both departmental and organizational success.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills by analyzing and resolving challenges that arise in Treasury processes.
  • Continuously seek out new opportunities to improve processes and add value to the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related business field
  • Corporate Treasury knowledge highly preferred
  • 2+ years of professional analytics experience
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to travel several times a year

$78,000.00-$91,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
