Job Title: Global Corporate Coverage - Non-Bank Financial Institutions (Alternative Asset Managers & Financial Sponsors) Corporate Title: Director Location: New York, NY Overview Deutsche Bank is looking for an experienced, Director level Coverage Banker to join the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) Coverage team in New York to help further build out the Alternative Asset Manager/ Financial Sponsors sub-industry vertical as a lead originator. As Director, you will be responsible for positioning Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank in the industry and with key decision makers at portfolio clients; coverage will include Global Alternative Asset Managers, and Pure-play Private Equity firms including those operating in Infrastructure, Renewable & Transition Energy sectors. The role will require strong partnership with Coverage groups across the Investment Bank including Financial Sponsors and FIG Origination & Advisory, and Institutional Clients Group. In this capacity, you will be required to take on Accountable Client Owner responsibilities for the clients in the portfolio and demonstrate high proficiency of the respective industry segments owning the risk for the first line of defense. You will be expected to establish a client portfolio, relationships and coverage strategy, identify and pursue opportunities, structure complex solutions, build out relevant product applications, mentor and develop junior team and, above all, adhere to and comply with the Bank's compliance and regulatory policies; you will be the first point of contact for clients' Treasury, Finance, and Operations teams and position Deutsche Bank as their preferred banking partner for the full suite of products offered by the Corporate Bank. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $190K to $299.5K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
