The DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown is a premier full-service hotel located in the heart of downtown Tulsa. Connected to the Cox Business Convention Center via a Sky bridge, our hotel offers 411 stylish guest rooms, over 24,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and exceptional dining options.

Here is what you will be doing each day:



  • Ensure hotel and corporate administrative requirements and deadlines are met through proper completion of production reports, budgeting, inventorying of uniforms and hotel linen as well as recordkeeping of guest laundry and dry cleaning.
  • Organize and conduct monthly department meetings disseminating pertinent information such as house count and attend other meetings.
  • Ensure equipment is in working order and is operated and maintained according to manufacturer's specifications. Operate department within OSHA requirements and guidelines. Correct minor equipment problems.
  • Provide guidance and support to the laundry staff.


Does this sound like you?

You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and a thorough knowledge of the laundry department operations. You have excellent supervisory and communications skills. You have a keen eye for detail and have high quality standards to ensure that our guests' experience is a memorable one. You are flexible to work different shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
