Duties:



  • Provide a warm, professional, and discreet service to members and guests.
  • Ensure the locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and amenities are impeccably maintained, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Anticipate and fulfill member requests, such as towel service, shoe shining, and personal locker organization.
  • Maintain inventory of luxury toiletries, towels, and locker room supplies, ensuring seamless replenishment.
  • Clean and restock complimentary snacks and refreshments in the locker room lounge, ensuring a fresh and inviting presentation.
  • Assist members with locker assignments, key management, and personal storage requests.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring an inviting and spa-like atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.
  • Provide light beverage service or refreshments as needed, in accordance with club policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain discretion and uphold the privacy and confidentiality of all members.


Employment Standards:




  • Minimum age 21 years old.



  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, private club, high-end spa, or resort environments required.



  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.



  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.



  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide intuitive service.



  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.



  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.



  • Service oriented - able to pamper, accommodate and anticipate guests needs.



  • Flexible and accommodating attitude.



  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.



  • Comply and adhere to all Horseshoe Bay Resort policies and standard operating procedures (SOP's).



  • Maintain a professional image with the proper uniform standard and maintaining personal hygiene
