POSITION SUMMARY:

In the role of Solutions Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the Solutions that are being installed or already are installed are maintaining to be operational and all support provided. This role will interact with internal employees, implementation team members and external customers. Support request will be from the Solutions Ticket System, Emails, and Phone/Text.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • * Design and build machines
  • * Test Machines
  • * Troubleshoot machines and software
  • * Pull and process spare parts needed including troubleshooting help with installation
  • * Perform departmental Help Desk duties
  • * Full Understanding of Cribmaster and Supply Pro Systems
  • All other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:



  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in program service, project management, or customer success, with a focus on supporting large, complex projects or programs.
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships and resolving program service challenges in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a desk environment as well as a warehouse type environment
  • Ability to travel on an as needed basis
  • Must pass and maintain applicable material handling equipment operation certifications


Pay Starting At: $26.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus. An incentive bonus, if any, depends on various factors such as organizational performance.
