Serves as Testing Assistant in the Drug and Alcohol Testing Office. Assist the Testing Supervisor with processing the Custody and Control forms and Alcohol Testing forms and all test results for filing. In addition, assist with mailing the United States Coast Guard (USCG) and Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) Release of Information forms (ROI) of prospective Staten Island Ferry candidates to their previous employer for Drug and Alcohol violations. Process training attendance sheets and submits copies to Training and Development. Maintains and files all forms. Minimum Qualifications Qualification Requirements Preferred Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Preference will be given to those who possess a NYS Driver's License or Non-Driver ID. 55a Program

New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment. However, City Employees in certain titles who have worked for the City for 2 continuous years may also be eligible to reside in Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, or Orange County.
