We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Investor & Lender Relations team. This individual will be instrumental in delivering financial analysis, reporting and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical and possess excellent communications skills.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis of key performance indicators of the acquired firms.

  • Prepare material for earnings calls and lender meetings. Conduct data analysis and draft insightful commentary.

  • Collect and organize financial data from various sources, ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency of M&A cost synergies

  • Support strategic projects such as capital raising efforts & maintain a robust Q&A lender repository.

  • Assist with due diligence queries and delivery of financial data to PE Sponsor, lenders, credit agencies and the valuation firm.

  • Manage firmwide surveys; work cross-functionally to obtain necessary data points from various departments.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or related business field.

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Investor Relations.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail - accuracy and quality are critical to be successful.

  • Ability to communicate complex results in a clear and succinct way.

  • Highest level of integrity and strong work ethic.

  • Works well under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment and rapidly evolving organization.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Problem-solver and strategic thinker.

  • Excellent reporting and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working independently.
