Job Description Summary

This Senior Corporate Treasury Analyst is a critical role reporting directly to the Treasurer and will be responsible for capital and market risk management, liquidity management and treasury reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining financial models, particularly those supporting borrowing base calculations and detailed working capital/cash flow forecasting. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient financial forecasting while engaging cross functionally at the corporate and business unit level to drive strategic financial decisions.

Key Skills and Abilities Include:

  • Proven expertise in capital markets and robust market risk management skills

  • Exposure to credit agreement review / management, debt compliance and covenant reporting

  • Strong understanding of Treasury management processes and regulations

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to assess capital needs, borrowing capacity, and working capital/cash flow forecasting and management

  • Excellent communication, analytic and problem-solving abilities

  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and business analytic tools

  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms such as JDE, Insight, and Power BI

  • Strong team and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork, initiative and integrity

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines

  • Effective engagement skills to influence and build credibility with stakeholders

  • Eagerness to contribute to the development of a highly effective Treasury organization

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

  • Design, implement and manage an enterprise-wide indirect cash flow forecasting model and long-term bridge to business plan model implied direct cash flow

  • Capital structure planning and analysis; analyze and interpret financial data to advance the company's liquidity and cash forecasting models, review and forecast of Company's compliance

  • Responsible for reporting and analytics used to manage current debt portfolio; includes building and presenting material for internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop analytic models for evaluating alternative debt structures and strategies

  • Support business units with structuring new transactions in compliance with debt agreement

  • Risk management

    • Identify and model enterprise risk exposures to interest rates, FX and commodities to determine optimal strategies for managing risks

    • Support evaluation of current programs and develop analytic models to evaluate value at risk, hedge effectiveness and alternative hedging strategies

    • Develop global policies and procedures related to derivatives and hedging

  • Other ad hoc treasury responsibilities:

    • Review, recommend and implement changes to current Treasury reporting

    • Support M&A activities for Treasury

    • Act as departmental back up for Treasury Operations team as needed

    • Conduct ad hoc analyses and project scoping as requested

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)

  • CFA, CTP, MBA are highly desirable

  • Minimum 5+ years of corporate treasury or related finance experience

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Knowledge of U.S. and International financial markets, banking, and cash management is preferred

  • Strong to expert level Excel skills are essential, large data analysis skills are a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic environment

  • Experience in using an ERP system and tools such as JD Edwards, Great Plains, Micro Strategies, Business Intelligence preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $90,600 - $120,750.Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.

  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
