- Responsible for coordinating and consulting with application owners and other Business Systems personnel on application changes to implement new products and services and meet internal/external customer needs.
- Completes various system testing activities not covered by other teams, such as clients completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Writes and executes test cases for assigned applications or systems.
- Under guidance, prepare functional specifications for assigned projects, test plans, test cases, and test case execution.
- Under guidance, assist in research analysis, ensuring the functional design of assigned projects is accurate.
- Meet with the business client to discuss requested application changes related to an enterprise-wide or business initiative, compliance/regulatory requirement, required system change due to a contractual agreement, or system maintenance (business as usual [BAU]), ensuring a thorough understanding of specifications for assigned applications.
- Develop and write routine specifications for applications associated with essential to moderately complex-level projects.
- Review and revise specifications with the client until agreement and signoff are achieved.
- Review business requirements with the Technology team to ensure an understanding of project requirements.
- Prepare test plans and scripts based on functional specifications.
- Manage and execute test cases verifying changes/enhancements work and perform as expected and required.
- Assist in integrated testing to identify application issues before changes are implemented.
- Monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure the project stays within scope, meets regulatory requirements, and adheres to business requirements and Corporate Technology standards.
- Ensure the process and documentation are followed to ensure adherence to Corporate Technology standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in resolving issues arising from testing or implementation to ensure expected performance.
- Participate in post-implementation follow-up by getting feedback from application owners and resolving any issues resulting from implementing application changes.
- Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls by the Company's Risk Appetite.
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client's brand.
- Maintain client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points and any issues external regulators raise, as applicable.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
- Develop educational presentation material through PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other channels

Required Skills:
