Your role and responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Director of Human Resources by posting job openings, on-boarding new employees and keeping detailed employee records
  • Recruit and identify qualified candidates for open jobs
  • Using HRIS you will scree, onboard and hire new employees and provide HR orientation

Qualifications

Your Qualifications & Experience will include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred; but not required.
  • Previous experience working as a HR Generalist (full cycle HR functions)
  • Previous experience working as a recruiter, preferably 1-2 years in the healthcare industry
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and a self-starter; ability to work within your experience to complete tasks
  • Experience with HRIS software preferred (iCIMS and Lawson are currently utilized)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (no exceptions), able to pass a background check and drug screen
