Location:Lee Health -2776 Cleveland AveFort Myers FL 33901 Department: Lee Wound Care Clinic Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:30:00 AM to 5:00:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$22.34 - $29.04 / hour SummaryLee Physician Group is seeking an experienced LPN to join their Wound Care Team on Plantation Rd in Fort Myers. Performs and documents selected tasks such as the administration of treatments and medications in delivery of patient care under the guidance and discretion of the registered nurse. Assist the Register Nurse in collecting health data according to established policies. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Uses knowledge of patients age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Requirements Educational Requirements
Graduate of an accredited vocational school of nursing. Experience Requirements
Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. 30 hour IV Course required. Other Requirements Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
