Staffmark is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Rogers, AR to offer an exciting opportunity for a Production Worker. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay: $14.00/hr (Days) | $14.50/hr (Nights)

Schedule: 6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM | 2/2/3 rotating shifts

Job Responsibilities:



  • Monitor up to 3 production lines to avoid backups.
  • Manually fold trash bags and place them in boxes.
  • Repack products, disassemble boxes, and return items to the line.
  • Operate packaging equipment and load cases onto automated machinery.
  • Perform lockout/tagout procedures to clear jams.
  • Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
