Position Summary
Under general supervision of the Total Rewards Manager, the Compensation Specialist supports the implementation, administration and analysis of the organization's compensation programs. The Compensation Specialist will provide salary quotes, maintain compensation data, and providedata-driven insights to support decision-making processes. This individual will work closely with HR and Business Partners to ensure compensation practices are consistent, equitable, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Coalition Benefits

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
