This role involves administering virtual servers to support business operations, ensuring system stability, security, and compliance. Key responsibilities include installing, upgrading, and patching operating systems and complex software packages while adhering to IT policies and procedures. You will also schedule system updates, conduct routine software audits, and ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, capable of assessing both the broader IT environment and its intricate details. You should be adaptable, driven, and committed to delivering high-quality business systems and services that support end users effectively. Continuously evaluate new features and technologies to enhance system efficiency. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in information technology or related field with four years of system and application administration experience in an area related to assignment. An equivalent combination of the conferred degree, education, certification and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered. Desired Qualifications A. Four (4) years' experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Management Configuration Manager/System Center Configuration Manager, creating and deploying software application packages, and maintaining device collections B. Four (4) years' experience administering Microsoft Endpoint Management Solutions, such as Configuration manager. C. Two (2) years' experience working with server devices or Platform As A Service or Software As A Service solutions D. Four (4) years' experience working in a Customer Service Management System, such as ServiceNow E. Two (2) years' experience scripting using PowerShell or Bash or JavaScript or other programing language. F.
