Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in various HR-related projects, including policy updates, training programs, and performance management initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, managing employee data, and handling confidential information.
  • Maintain accurate employee files, update records, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Help coordinate the new hire orientation and assist with onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and employees are set up for success.
  • Ensure that HR practices adhere to labor laws and company policies, helping with audits and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to the HR team's goals.
