(This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.)

The UHS Corporate Marketing and Communications Department is hiring an Marketing Analytics Associate to supports the development, execution, measurement and reporting of impactful marketing campaigns, collaborating with our internal Media Team and external agency partners in our fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzes and provides insights on existing media campaign and website performance reporting, provided by internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Reviews key metrics and provides actionable insights based on available analytics data.

  • Analyzes on-line user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and most importantly, multi-channel attribution.

  • Contributes to development of data visualization dashboards in Looker Studio, Heap Analytics and Tableau that pull together disparate data from multiple data sources creating usable data for the marketing and leadership teams.
  • Reviews for accuracy and leads report findings and recommendations for improvements to corporate marketing team members and end users. Pulls ad-hoc reporting when necessary.
  • Assists in on-going process improvement initiatives. Builds a thorough understanding of how data is organized, how users should be using and thinking about the data.

  • Synthesizes and communicates implications of website usage data and provide recommendations, reports and guidance to improve user engagement and site conversion rates.

  • Collaborates with internal resources and agency partners.

  • Delivers a customer-centric client service and be a visible advocate for marketing success. Builds trust and support for data initiatives.

  • Maintains regular contact with acute care hospital marketing directors, behavioral health business development and marketing teams and UHS corporate office clients regarding digital data and analytics.

  • Maintains regular contact with marketing leadership to discuss media campaign performance, website engagement results and conversion rates.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 1- 3 years of experience.

  • Work experience or relevant college coursework involving digital marketing, data management or reporting including but not limited to: digital analytics, KPI development, and data visualization best practices.
  • Knowledge of various analytics reporting deliverables, and visually adapting reports to meet end user needs and project constraints.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of structure, capabilities and usage of web standards relating to Google Analytics (or similar platforms) and Google Tag Manager best practices. Microsoft Office suite, in particular proficiency with Excel.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with experience communicating KPI and trends through data visualizations for leadership.
  • Ability to succeed in fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep stakeholders updated as to deliverable development requests.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, high degree of flexibility, and willingness to learn new technologies, lead change, and develop end user standards.
  • Takes personal responsibility and can be relied upon for timely project completion, demonstrates "ownership" regardless of outcome and proactive in exploring and exploiting new opportunities.
  • High level of integrity and transparency and a positive attitude.
  • Accountable, takes initiative, proactive, strong work ethic and demonstrated team player.
  • Able to take direction and comfortable working on both team and individual projects.
