Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Analyst.

In this role, the successful candidate as the Project Analyst will play a key role in supporting supply chain technology initiatives, process automation, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role will focus on analyzing, optimizing, and implementing technology solutions that enhance efficiency and integration across Supply Chain, IT, and Finance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with data management and process automation, and technical skills in coding, scripting, and working with supply chain systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes using data-driven insights.
  • Support system upgrades, API integrations, and automation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain scripts, queries, or low-code solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing and testing new supply chain technologies and digital tools.
  • Track and analyze key supply chain performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage project documentation, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Supply Chain, IT, and Finance teams.
  • Provide user training and support on new system functionalities.
  • Communicate project updates and build strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Additional Position Specific Responsibilities:
This role offers hands-on experience in supply chain technology, automation, and analytics, with opportunities for career growth in digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a 2+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
Experience with supply chain management systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, GHX, ERP platforms).
Knowledge of automation tools such as RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) and AI-driven solutions.
PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, or Change Management certification.
Experience working within a healthcare supply chain or large enterprise system.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with technology-driven projects, system integrations, and process automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data modeling and visualization.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, or other coding languages used for automation or data analysis.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $64,350.00 - $93,483.52 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
