Job Description:

Summary: Perform many different tasks, such as unloading delivery trucks, clean-up and stocking materials. Support operations with construction materials, tools and supplies as needed across a large aggregate processing facility.

Shift/Schedule:
* Monday - Friday: 6am-4pm
* Additional hours may be required to help support the operational needs of the plant.
* Some Saturdays may be required to help meet operational needs of the plant.

Responsibilities
* Safely Load and Unload delivery trucks that provide essential supplies for our aggregate operations using all terrain forklifts, shop forklift, skid steer, and rubber tire backhoe.
* Escort delivery trucks, subcontractors, and facility maintenance vehicles around the property.
* Clean warehouse and restock supplies and materials.
* Clean yard area as required
* Ship packages for preventative maintenance
* Clean tools and equipment
* Perform minor maintenance with handheld tools
* Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner
* Maintain a safe and clean work area
* Basic data entry, purchase order creation, and parts procurement.

Requirements
* Some construction experience is preferred. High School diploma or GED preferred.
* Highly self-motivated and customer oriented
* Ability to maintain a company driver's license
* Effective communicator willing to learn and take on new challenges
* Safety First Mind Set
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Must be able to work rapidly and accurately with hands.
* Must be able to repeat tasks of short duration according to a set procedure.
* Must be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding and carry tools and equipment.
* Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at heights as required.
* Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing 50 - 100 pounds.
* Must be able to use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects.
* Must be able to follow specific directions.
* Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
* Must be able to judge straight lines, spaces, and proportions.
* Must be able to read and understand measuring tools and levels.
* Must be able to compare and see differences in the size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects.
