The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary The Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP) and the Northeast Regional Alliance MedPrep HCOP Academy Program (MedPrep) are designed to support undergraduate students who are economically disadvantage and/or identify with groups that have been historically underrepresented within the health professions. The support provided for participating scholars help them to become more competitive applicants to health professions schools. Each year, SHPEP serves 80 scholars while MedPrep is offered to 20 scholars who will be rising college sophomores and juniors at the time of program participation. TEACHING ASSISANTS, or FACILITATORS, will be responsible for assisting with the supervision, guidance and education of college students enrolled in the summer programs.
