Job Description Overview: The Tinter is responsible for applying the correct colors into the molds using tools such as brushes and paint sprayers. Schedule: 7:00AM - 5:30AM, Monday through Friday Responsibilities:
- Ability to memorize color formulas and color patterns
- Will need to assists more than one line if needed
- Ability to spray the paint on the molds
- Ability to brush molds accurately and consistently
- Be able to work at a fast pace.
- Able to stand the duration of your shift
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment

- Required to wear or use personal protective equipment as applicable and to immediately report unsafe working conditions

- The associate is required to walk: reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; turning or twisting; pushing; and talk or hear
- While performing the duties of this job, the average plant temperature conditions range from 60 in the cooler months and upto 110 during the warmer months
- All workstations on the plant floor require the use of protective eyewear and hearing protection; some workstations require additional safety equipment to include but not limited togloves, aprons and arm guards
Qualifications Education
- High Diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 18 years of age

- Strong attention to detail
- Manual dexterity and good hand eye coordination
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
- Ability to lift and move 40 - 50lbs frequently
- Ability to remain in a fixed position for extended periods (8+ hours per shift) while operating painting equipment
