Responsibilities

Peraton has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intelligence Program Manager (PM) which will lead a broad intelligence analysis effort for the Air Force. You will provide oversight and management of all contractor personnel ensuring timely analyst and production, effective and efficient resources utilization, and effective stakeholder communication and engagement. Additionally, you will implement project management standards ensuring contract deliverables within cost, schedule and performance goals. Also, you will exercise significant latitude and independence to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to include subordinate management and performance improvement plans. As the successful candidate, you will have intelligence analysis experience providing the candidate with a deep understanding of the intelligence cycle, intelligence activities and operations in support of the Air Force.



Qualifications

Required:

    Security Clearance: Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility
  • Twelve (12)+ Years experience providing DoD project management
  • Five (5) Years' experience in DoD intelligence operations and analysis
  • Education: Bachelors degree in a technical or business field

Highly Desired:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with overseeing and implementing large-scale DoD ISR programs and initiatives
  • Possess a minimum of ten years' experience in a supervisory capacity managing a cross functional team of professionals in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience developing intelligence doctrine, tradecraft, or plans of instruction
  • Masters degree in a technical or business field
  • Recent experience (last 3 years) managing a program with at least 500 FTEs across multiple locations

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
