A critical component of Smith + Nephew's growth-oriented culture, the DM Post-Acute role is ultimately responsible for achieving sales goals by building and maintaining a team of high functioning Post-Acute Account Managers. This position demands competence in the U.S. Post-Acute NPWT sales cycle, with confidence in ability to devise and execute sales direction. The ideal individual will have a documented history of successful cross functional collaboration, while consistently demonstrating impact through influence. And finally, this DM role requires the ability and willingness to lead change that will positively enhance organizational and personal growth. What will you be doing?
Sales Direction: Execute sales direction and optimize strategy to exceed revenue targets People Leadership: Invest in your team by providing the motivation, direction, and resources to be successful
Identify and empower future leaders to support the organization's long term growth goals Provide constant coaching/feedback to ensure proper efforts and activities Evaluate accurately and openly through available performance metrics, reviews, and surveys
Management Process: Accountability to established KPIs
Set clear performance expectations through customized individual sales targets Utilize SFDC targeting resources,pipeline management tools, call activity reporting, and sales performance dashboards to objectively reflect on reality Further identify gaps during time in field (FCR) and outline development plans during 1:1
Collaboration: Directing and connecting cross functional AWM teams to maximize existing customer relationships and franchise expertise for full portfolio success: DM/AM, CCD, RBM, KAD
Product promotion: RENASYS EDGE, a newly launched Device and key driver of Smith + Nephew's US NPWT market expansion strategy Call points: US Post-Acute NPWT market Compliance: Uphold standards for all relevant regulatory and industry standards Budget: Allocate resources optimally to maximize outcome and return
What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 7-10 years of B2B sales, including experience in the Med Device/Wound Care industry People leadership experience is strongly preferred DME experience strongly preferred Domestic - 50-75%
