We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Pediatric therapy team. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient pediatric clinic setting.
  • Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
  • Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.
  • Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Appropriately delegate tasks to support personnel.

Qualifications Include:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Occupational Therapy
  • NBCOT certification
  • Specific skills: knowledge and experience in infant/pediatrics
